The Real Estate Tax Assistance Program is a seasonal program that is activated once the Collector of Revenue’s Office begins the land tax sale process, which runs from March through August. The Real Estate Tax Assistance Fund applications are currently closed for the 2023 season. If you are looking to apply, applications will open back up April 1st, 2024.
